This Privacy Policy describes how Lissiland LLC ("Lissiland", "we", "us"), operated by Court Bluford, handles information when you use Lottery Winning Numbers through ChatGPT or other MCP-compatible clients connected to https://lottery-mcp-908922909313.us-central1.run.app/mcp.
What we do
Lissiland LLC provides read-only access to multistate lottery winning numbers and related draw metadata through Lottery Winning Numbers. We do not sell lottery tickets, process payments, or operate gambling services.
Information we collect
- Account sign-in (Firebase Authentication). When you connect the app, you may sign in with Google (and, where enabled, phone authentication through Firebase). We receive identifiers needed to authorize access, such as your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, and authentication provider information.
- OAuth tokens. After sign-in we issue short-lived access tokens and refresh tokens so ChatGPT can call our MCP tools on your behalf. Token metadata (client ID, scopes, expiry) is held in server memory to validate requests.

Tool requests.
When you ask for winning numbers, we receive the tool name and parameters needed to answer (for example,
a game code such as
powerball). We do not receive or store your full ChatGPT conversation. - Server logs. Our hosting provider (Google Cloud Run) may log standard request metadata such as timestamps, IP address, user agent, and error diagnostics for security and reliability.
Information we do not collect
- Payment card or bank account information
- Precise location or GPS coordinates
- Lottery ticket purchases or wagering history
- Your full chat transcript from ChatGPT
- Health, biometric, or government ID data
How we use information
- Authenticate you and authorize read-only MCP tool access
- Fetch and display lottery winning numbers you request
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot outages
- Comply with legal obligations
How we share information
- Service providers. Google Firebase (authentication), Google Cloud (hosting), and OpenAI/ChatGPT (the client that sends tool requests you initiate).
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the service.
We do not sell personal information.
Data retention
- OAuth tokens: access tokens expire after about one hour; refresh tokens expire after about 30 days. Tokens are stored in server memory and are removed when they expire or the service restarts.
- Authentication events: we do not maintain a separate user profile database for this app; sign-in is verified through Firebase at connection time.
- Server logs: retained according to Google Cloud logging defaults (typically up to 30 days unless configured otherwise).
Your choices and controls
- Disconnect the app in ChatGPT to stop future authorized tool calls
- Manage Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions

Children
The service is intended for general audiences 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International users
Data may be processed in the United States where our service providers operate. By using the app you consent to this processing for the purposes described above.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
