The Service

Lissiland LLC provides informational, read-only access to lottery winning numbers and draw metadata for supported multistate games through Lottery Winning Numbers. The Service does not sell tickets, facilitate gambling, or guarantee winnings.

No affiliation

Lissiland LLC and Lottery Winning Numbers are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any lottery operator unless we explicitly state otherwise. Game names and logos belong to their respective owners.

Accuracy disclaimer

We strive to keep results current, but winning numbers are provided "as is" without warranty. Always verify results with official lottery sources before making decisions. Lissiland LLC is not liable for errors, delays, or omissions in displayed data.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls
Scrape or overload the Service in a way that degrades availability for others
Reverse engineer the Service to misrepresent official lottery results

Authentication

Access through ChatGPT requires sign-in via Firebase Authentication (Google and, where enabled, phone authentication). You are responsible for maintaining the security of accounts you use to sign in.

Intellectual property

The Service software, branding, and documentation are owned by Lissiland LLC or its licensors. Lottery data is presented for informational purposes only.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting it in ChatGPT. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LISSILAND LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
